CENTURY 21 Cota Realty was formed in 2016 when Kevin and Becky Cota purchased the Century 21 real estate business from Michael and Sandy Bryan. Michael and Sandy opened their doors in 1990, but the Bryan family's roots in the Lufkin real estate business go back to 1948 when Bo Bryan built and sold his first house. The Cota Team plans to build on the solid foundation the Bryans have laid since that very first day in 1990 when they opened their doors and began servicing Lufkin and surrounding communities.
